His career began in supply chain management, leading regional operations across the Commonwealth of Independent States for a British company. With a master's degree in supply chain and years on the logistics front line, he understood how quickly efficiency can break down when systems fail. That perspective was reinforced when he witnessed an ERP implementation in Poland spiral out of control, creating operational risk and financial loss.
Rather than walk away, Vladimir set out to understand why ERP projects fail so often, and how to prevent it. When an opportunity arose to lead the Swedish phase of the same program, he embraced it with one goal: to turn uncertainty into predictability.
Leading the Swedish roll-out, Vladimir rebuilt the approach from the ground up. He learned that every culture requires a different path, and that real progress comes from listening across the organization, from executives to warehouse teams. That became his “fast consensus” approach: inclusive, practical, and built for speed. It worked. And it became the strongest implementation in the company's European network.
Vladimir went on to lead multi-country ERP programs across Scandinavia, refining his methods and seeing a clear industry pattern: too many consultants and system integrators treat business transformations like a box-ticking exercise. Projects are called “on track” while operations tell a different story.
Driven to do better, he founded Arc Chariot Consulting: an independent ERP transformation partner grounded in accountability, transparency, and alignment from strategy to execution.
